Navigating
•
   Use drop-down menus to select a table, college/department or degree level. It is not necessary to use the "back"
    button in the browser since the tables are designed to facilitate this process.
Printing
•
   The page is setup for the table to fit on the page. However, if you want to include all of the contents and logos,
   go the file menu of the browser, select "page setup" and pick the "landscape" orientation.
•
   If you would like to print only the table and the table heading, use your mouse to highlight the desired area to
   print. Go to the file menu of the browser, pick "print" and select "selection" on the page range options.
Converting File to Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word
1.
    Open a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or MS Word document.
2.
    Use your mouse to highlight the table.
3.
    Choose copy from the edit menu of the browser.
4.
    Click in any cell of the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or somewhere on the page of the Microsoft Word document,
    then choose "paste" from the edit menu of your Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet or Microsoft Word document.
Data Not Available
•
   The following message will appear if a selection has been made which does not contain data:
    "DATA DOES NOT EXIST FOR THE SELECTION MADE, PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER SELECTION"
•
   This error message will appear for the following examples and those similar:
   - Learning Framework does not have Headcount Enrollment since it is a course, not a department or major.
   - Headcount Enrollment or Semester Credit Hours does not exist at the Master's or Doctoral Level for Clinical Lab
     Sciences since there is only a Bachelor's program at this time.
